I called this business as they are in the Tower District and figured it would be the best and most reliable to help me changebour a lock and repair or replace another. So I decided to call this week to get an appointment for them to come out and when I did, I was told that they did not have time to do residential as they are trying to "catch up with their commercial businesses." She then proceeded to recommend another shop that when I did call them, placed me on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up... I guess this is what happens when you get too big and forget about the little guys.
