        Long wait times, do not recommend. 1/2 hour wait time to get into a room, let alone another 2 hours just to be seen by a person who will excuse you in 4 minutes!

        I had a follow up workman's comp appointment. They were running more than an hour late. My appointment was at 10:30 didn't leave till 1:00 pm.I almost left due to another appointment. I had peeked out the exam room couple of times and asked a assistant behind the counter if they had forgotten about me, she replied, that there were other patients with worse issues, and I responded with, "that I had an appointment." The Dr. finally came in for a 5 minute assessment and released me.What happened to honoring appointments. Disappointed that the facility, that's so busy can't give patients updates in the exam room after 15 minutes waiting, than going to 30 minutes down to 45 minutes.Way to long,for any one to have to wait. Valueing peoples time and treatment is important. I feel it should be important when running a business or office to be successful in patient and customer care.We all get busy in our jobs but it only takes a second to update those waiting in the exam room after 20 minutes.
