RNR KOI

Horrible company to work with. I bought as a whole seller with this company not to long ago. I have kept the fish in a quarantine tank, well they are having problems. I reached out to RNR and told them what was going on. They asked me questions and asked that I send photos of my set up. I did that, even when I own a pond supply store and know how to care for KOI. I never got any response from them. Well here we are and I have lost a few of them. Did another scale scrap and they are full of parasites. I have a video of it. So I reached back out to RNR and they are COMPLETLY avoiding me. They have read the message because it was on FB so I can see they seen it. I'm attaching a video with this review.

Will recommend RNR KOI to anyone interest in the koi hobby. RNR KOI is the best in fresno.
