I was on the waiting list since Friday and could not see me then , Come Monday they send me a text saying if I can come in in 30 min , i was not able to due to I live in the mountains my pup was having mucus and lethargic and drinking water excessively and not eating her food , upon arrivel the desk clearks did not make eye contact a male nor where they friendly or welcomeing at all !! After waiting for over 2 hours in my car as my pup is not pet friendly i was told that Im ( next ) in line . We continued to wait for another hour outside on the grass as my pup is throwing up and feeling worse . As i went back in to see where Im at on the list still no care empathy or compassion from the people that work their . Because i was frustrated with waiting for almost 3 hours they get the so called manager who was just as rude as her crew ! I thought management was supposed to help all she did was tell me to wait further AFTER WATCHING OVER 100 pets and their parents go in and out the whole time After waiting another 30 i went in and this angelic angel young lady could see the frustration and sadness in my eyes and helped to get me back to a room The DR WAS VERY NICE BUT THE REST OF THE STAFF NEED TO BE CORRECTED OUR PUPS ARE OUR CHILDREN AND WHEN VETS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ACT LIKE THEY DONT CARE IT REALLY IS PRETTY SAD MAYBE THEY SHOULD GET ANOTJJOB WHERE THEIR IS NO HUMANE INTERACTION AND THEY CAN CONTINUE TO BE COLD HEARTED IN A DIFFERENT FIELD MAYBE WORKING WITH METAL IS BEST FOR THEM ILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS UNCARING ENVIRONMENT EMPLOYEES ARE JUST ROBOTS WITH NO EMOTIONAL CARE PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS
