        I'm very pleased with the service, the loving and caring staff ,I felt very comfortable with the Dr very sweet and thoughtful. Thank you for the accepting my mono .

        We were recommended to Sunnyside Pet Hospital had a nice experience with all staff expect Dr. Jill Carrol. She was very unprofessional and rude when we took our dogs in for a visit. She aggressively grabbed one of my dogs which made my dog accident herself. Our dog then tried to snap at her because of her aggressively grabbing her AGAIN on her loose skin. She was no help in recommendations nor was she compassionate towards our animals. It was a horrible experience for my family and for our dogs. Because of this and our interaction with her, we will not be returning to this vet.

It's unfortunate that it was necessary to restrain your dog in that way, but she had tried to bite, and was flailing around on the table, and we needed to be sure she didn't fall off and hurt herself.
