Ive noticed In design work taste matters a lot and its very difficult to come up with a good product.
I highly recommend this firm, very trustworthy and very quick turnaround time reasonable prices and great customer service.
Did you specialize in some sort of permitting processing and ADUs.

I signed a contract with Armen 4 months ago for a simple ADU project. At the start he was responsive and seemed like a good fit to do the job. After receiving his 50% deposit ($2,250), his demeanor towards the project drastically changed. He went weeks without responding to my calls, texts and emails, only to come back with excuses like he was out of town. I was very patient with Armen even though he repeatedly missed deadlines and provided no progress. By the 4th month, he claimed that all the work was finished including the structural engineering and that he was ready to submit to the city on the upcoming monday. When asked to send me the documents he had prepared for the city, he again became unresponsive and ignored all my efforts to contact him. With my patience running low, I searched and was able to contact the structural engineer that he works with only to find out he hasn't even received the revised plans! Armen flat out lied to me about the progress and was weeks away from being ready to submit to the city. After 4 months of lies and excuses, all he had to show for was the same 2 dimensional floor plan that he made in the first 2 weeks. I reached out in my community and found a few people that also had similar, horrible experiences with Armen. I definitely don't recommend working with him, do your research and find someone professional.
