        Called the branch 3 times. No one answered the phone. Went to the bank at 3:50 PM asking for a business banker on an urgent matter. The gentleman attending to me told me that they were short staffed. I asked For the manager and was told that she was on her lunch break. So they are short staffed and the manager goes on her lunch break at 4 PM when the bank closes at 5? The guy talking to me could care less. Its a shame. No one wants to work anymore.
