The new, tall cashier is really rude and he was extremely rude to my wife today. He needs to be retrained and adopt American values and respect women and all customers. ALso, he's always on the phone taking personal calls. We go there all the time and this new cashier is NOT nice or prefessional. We may take our business elesewhere. ALso , this site has gangs of young men hanging out every night and taking over the parking lot. It's not safe to go there anymore....

The worse 7/11 in America. Seriously avoid this one. The Asian lady had to be the rudest person I ever met in Burbank. No wonder this place is getting terrible reviews.

Double Big Gulp required...... The owner is the meanest, rude person ever. Coupons never work in her store.

I recently had a frustrating experience at this 7-Eleven location. I attempted to purchase gas, but the first pump didn't accept my card. When I went inside to inquire, I was informed that they only accepted cash for gas payments, which seemed to contradict the standard practice at other 7-Eleven stores. I then tried a different pump, but encountered the same issue with both my credit and debit cards, prompting a message to pay inside. When I returned inside, the staff member I encountered was less than helpful and appeared quite irritated and rude. It's disappointing that some employees at this location lack proper communication skills(rude) and have difficulty with English. Customer service could definitely be improved.

Their GAS pumps service is HORRIBLE! No cleaning papers provided! The cleaning T are broken and super old ! The water thanks were totally EMPTY! Not to late ,,, I was there by 10 pm !
