The arrangement I ordered was absolutely beautiful. Also, I really appreciated the shop's honesty and customer service. I placed the order online after store-hours and wanted to pick it up early the next morning. Since they would have to order the flowers and would not have it ready until afternoon, the shop called me to explain the situation and offered either to have it ready by early afternoon or to use slightly different flowers. She told me precisely how the arrangement would be different. When I went to pick it up, it was ready when they opened, the flowers were very fresh, the arrangement was very similar to the photo but with the different flowers the shopkeeper had explained to me by phone. I have ordered many flower arrangements, and I think this one may be the most beautiful I have seen. Thank you, Dezign Shop!
