A&E Appliance Repair Services, Inc

I contacted A&E via their online method for refrigerator repair on Feb 13th, and received an email promptly stating they received my request for repair. Once they review the request, they contact me. It is Feb 21st and I still have not received a reply. A&E was highly recommended, but if this is how they respond or dont respond, they should not be in service long. Sucky customer  relations. No response!

The service man didn't even open a tool bag, he just looked at the fridge and said it was unrepairable! No physical diagnosis, just a hunch! Then he never submitted the repair/report order to American Home Shield (another insurance scam company!). So now 6 months later we are still trying to get A&E to send in the report and no can do from their overseas call center! Don't bother using American Home Shield nor A&E. 6 months with no working fridge! Ridiculous. Going to file in small claims court today.

I am so happy to have found Arthur. He was prompt to return my call, came out at our agreed upon time, & was all around lovely to work with. He fixed my LG dryer easily & in a timely manner. He showed me what he was going to do, explaining the problem with my dryer, without talking down to me. He had the parts with him as well, so it was a quick project to finish. Pricing seemed quite fair. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair you may have. Thank you, Arthur.  :)

Arthur fixed our clothes dryer. He returned the call the same day and came out the next day to do the repair.  Very happy with his work! Highly recommend and so glad we found a reliable person for appliance repair.

Artur saves the day, AGAIN!! My awesome KitchenAid dishwasher was doing the flashy-light error, & I was desperate, with a house guest arriving last night! But Artur came and rescued us! A long time ago, a plumber had disconnected the air gap, and Artur replaced it, cleaned the garbage disposal, and restored my brilliant dishwasher to perfect condition! It wasn't really my dishwasher that was the problem, it was the poor installation/plumbing conditions preventing it from doing its work.Another great experience with Artur. He's just the best, and he really seeks out the origination of appliance failures. No shortcuts!
