Puppy Island Care & Spa

This place had my dog smelling like she spent the 4 days in a homeless encampment. Also, not good at customer service like when they moved locations and didnt send an email to inform and didnt even let me know they changed locations when they accepted my dog for boarding.

First time at Puppy Island and it was a great experience. Beautiful inside and super friendly staff. My pup Sooky looked just like how I wanted . Definitely my new grooming for my puppy.

I cant say enough good things about this place. It was our first time leaving our toy poodle somewhere away from us for 3 days so we were very anxious and nervous. Our little guy also has anxiety and is literally scared of everything which makes him not the easiest pup to deal with, but everyone at Puppy Island made his stay wonderful! We got updates every day and he looked like he was having a great time. Leaving him there also helped him to socialize with the other dogs and be less scared to play with other pups. He even got a bath and blowdry right before we picked him up and the groomer was great with him! Will definatly be taking him back for daycare and also to use them for grooming! A+ service all around from every single one of the girls we delt with! Thank you!!

GAME SHOW help!! Hate leaving your dog behind while you go to Price is Right or Lets Make a Deal!! This doggy day care is for you. We were in town, staying 2 hours away, and knew it would be a long day to leave our dog behind. I couldnt be happier with the care. You need to fill out the paperwork in advance and needed to risk a doggy interview the day of. If you know your dog would pass its easy. They will love your dog as much as you do.
