Utopia Property Management | Glendale, CA

Been trying to get my deposit back after moving out. I keep getting the run around and they never return my calls. This has been going for over two months. I think this company is a front would never recommend them as they were pretty bad landlords when I was living in one of their properties. And the fact that I had cleaned the place in great condition after I left and they still won’t give me the time of day to return my calls or answer my emails or give me a straight answer is disrespectful and fraudulent.

Great experience in initial leasing of the property, being thorough and informative. Utopia Property Management-Glendale aftercare whilst being a tenant has also been fantastic.
