Nick was very professional, knowledgeable regarding real estate transactions and an absolute bulldog when it comes to negotiations. He is a true partner and someone that has your interests front of mind. He represented my wife and I on our first home purchase and he was able to get the offer accepted in 1 day, beating out other offers and getting repairs covered by the seller. We will definitely retain his services on future real estate transactions.

Recently closed on my first home. Buying a home was something I thought was never possible. The process can be overwhelming along with a bunch of other scary words, but Nick made the process so easy, from beginning to end. He is super knowledgeable, genuine, and dedicated. I cant say enough about Nick! He is so knowledgeable, kind, professional, and attentive, and he made buying our new home and selling our old one such an easy process. We felt supported the whole time. Nick was always very responsive and took the time to walk us through steps that were unfamiliar. I can confidently say that he will be our first choice of realtor if we are ever in the market to buy or sell again.
