Surprised by the negative reviews. We come here weekly for our pets needs. Weve purchased a bearded dragon, a goldfish, and betas from here. The tanks are always clean. We had an aquarium issue and they helped us get it back on track with the right solutions and free water testing. I havent interacted with the owner, but every employee has helped us patiently and with kindness - especially Juan & Anthony. My son comes in with dozens of animal questions and they always listen and respond in a genuine & friendly way.

WOW! This place is amazing......ly awful! Can't believe it actually got the earlier positive reviews it did. The place is dirty, unkept, multiple (I really mean many!) dead fish and shrimp. Seriously, I totally understand loss of inventory but jeez, remove the loss from the tanks so the customers are at least fooled that you care for your inventory. There were even some shrimp and fish we contemplated purchasing but after seeing the care they take, we got out of there as fast and as empty-handed as we could. Also frightening was the explosion of neusance Bladder snails all over the place (see photo). I have a couple of snails I specifically purchased for my aquarium but I sure don't need any unwanted "multipliers" hitchhiking on anything purchased from this place. By the way, the people there were really friendly. That's why they got the single star but what a waste of time.
