Your team is the best. I appreciate you restoring my online reputation. Here is the narrative. I own an HVAC business, and one of our customers had AC installed. The customer was satisfied, all of it was flawless, and he then made the decision to refund the funds through his account. We submitted the bank all the paperwork proving that the service was completed successfully, and we even had the client's testimony attesting to how pleased he was. The bank issued a warning to the client as it was a scam.
And then, the client listed my business as a scam all over the internet. Business went down. I had to do something. I contacted PWB and fortunately they helped me get those bad reviews removed in no more than 2.5 months.

Honestly this place is a huge scam. We paid for an e-commerce website and took them months to get the basics to us. They pass you around from representative to another rep. The only time they wanted to contact us and responded to us is for more money or when we needed to talk about additional components to the website. They would seem like they were there for us and doing the project when in reality they just wanted to collect more money claiming what we needed is something that they didnt understand/we didnt clarify enough for them. In between we were promised timelines they never could meet and couldnt even do the simplest of tasks or changes we requested because of their language barrier. They claim theyre in CA, but their generic American names like Ben Cooper or Oscar Hernandez couldnt understand basic English and spoke like they were outsourced internationally. When they charged us, each charge had different addresses as well such as DHL mailboxes. We got charged 4 separate times: 2 different addresses in CA, 1 in UT, and 1 in FL.seems sketchy. When we tried get in touch with our 3 representatives and original sales person/owner, the new rep first claimed that they quit then later stated they were all in a tragic accident and hospitalized. There seems to be a lot of lies, false promises, misleading, all under the guise of miscommunication or misunderstanding. Im happy I put all 4 charges totaling $5200 on a credit card, so I was able to dispute the charges. Beware of the false reviews on here. Re-reading them now I realize they seem fake.

Every week, they email me reports outlining the improvements, performance, and accomplishment. They promoted my website project to the top 5 listings on Google Maps after 3 months of effort. Before when the word-of-mouth was the only source of employment for me. I couldn't be found online. I'm grateful for our continued collaboration and applaud you for the excellent results.
