        I'm more than halfway through with sessions with Laila and have nothing to say but positive things- I'm seeing noticeable results more quickly than I would have thought, and Laila is very knowledgeable and transparent about the process and what to expect throughout. Her office is cute and clean and she is so polite, personable, understanding, and professional. Highly recommend!

        I was given the greatest advice and motivation about how my weight loss can work and how I can get to my goal weight. Lilah gave me the best advice by telling me that I shouldnt stress and to motivate myself not only to feel better but to start thinking of myself. I started at almost 205 and not Im down to 198, not much but its a progress that I need to stop worrying about. Im down 8 pounds and never felt better. Im glad to continue this journey and seeing where it leads me to my goal weight. Im excited, nervous, all the emotions but Im excited to work with the team.
