Had a clogged drain pipe from my kitchen that was overflowing in my garage. Luckily we called Roto Rescue! Charlie showed up and was very polite and professional. He explained my options to clear the clogged drain pipe very clearly. I felt comfortable with his recommendation. He is a master at his craft because he was able to clear the clog in the drain pipe. My water is now running great with no more overflow in my garage. He was also very honest about my options moving forward on how to keep the drain running smoothly. If I ever have anymore issues I know who to call. I highly recommend Charlie as an awesome Professional Plumber!

We thought we had a simple garbage disposal clog but couldnt fix it ourselves so we had to call out a plumber. Well it turned out to be a 2 1/2 hour job. We were looking at some cracked corroded pipes and a rusted nut but our plumber Charlie got them fixed up like a champ. He was very determined to get them replaced and in perfect condition before he left. Thank God he knew what he was doing. These old pipes arent what they used to be. Great Service and very knowledgeable on how to fix what needed to be fixed. 5
