The team at Sunrise is absolutely amazing! My mom really thrived at Sunrise! The staff was so kind, and treated her like a Queen! They are so efficient and friendly and my mom absolutely loved her time there :-). Thank you Sunrise for making her feel comfortable and helping her get stronger every day she was there!!

Every staff member is super kind, caring, and efficient. Activities are fun and well- thought out. Communication between families and staff is consistently good. I give it A Plus!

Thanks you so much for everyones help in assisting my mom in this difficult transition to an assisted living facility. She is going on 9 months now and has really adjusted to all your kind and persistent encouragement. Shout out to Krystal, Tabitha, Jocelyn, Susanna, Janelle and Tina! I stopped by for a tour and was very impressed by the kindness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and smiles by the residents. It is a bit expensive, but appears worth it. It's too bad places like this aren't available to every senior. I would be happy to move my mom here.

The caregivers at the Terrace Club have made all the difference in how our loved one adjusted to moving to Sunrise. They have all been absolutely amazing and somehow managed to make her so comfortable that she feels like shes home now. For example she talks about Cynthia nonstop and tells us how much she appreciates her and how she does everything for her. Cynthia is always so caring and so on top of everything that is going on, and she obviously cares so much for all of the residents. We are grateful for her and the entire staff because they make all the difference for our loved ones happiness at Sunrise. 4/8/23 Update As an update to my previous review I would like to add yet another positive example of the care and kindness of the team at Sunrise. My loved one has recently been placed on a fairly restrictive diet which was making her feel very deprived and somewhat depressed. Vanessa took note of this and immediately met with the chefs to come up with a wonderful meal plan that she has been thrilled with. She raves about the food and is so much happier now. She tells us how much she loves Vanessa and how sweet and kind she is to her. We continue to feel so grateful for Vanessa and the whole team. They all go out of their way to make the residents feel loved and cared for, and that is a huge blessing for the whole family. 6/13 Update Sadly this will be my last update as our loved one recently passed away, but I wanted to give one last huge thank you to everyone at Sunrise for making her last months so good for her. She really loved all of the caregivers at the Terrace Club and they treated her as if she were their own family. Even when her condition deteriorated and it became necessary for more and more assistance from them, they gave it warmly, sweetly, and without complaint. It takes special people to care so much and we feel truly blessed and grateful to each of them for everything they did. The Wellness staff and nurses were equally amazing and worked with us through so many issues and challenges to provide the best care possible. Thank you so much to everyone who touched our sweet girls life and gave her such love and care. You are all truly angels.
