Ethan did not explain what the legal jargon meant. Had I not asked, the beneficiaries would get all the assets if the other one passed, instead of going to their estate. Maybe that's how attorneys are?? Other than that, the office staff was nice. After your response: a simple apology would be appropriate. I don't expect warm and fuzzy, just professional.

After searching for a Trust / Estate / Wills Attorney, we went with Miller Bazemore because Ethan is extremely knowledgeable, he's direct and to the point, he was the most reasonable cost and he helped us figure out the best way to set up our trust. I've sent 15+ people to Bazemore, everyone has had the same experience and even attorneys use him because it's easier, faster, does all the work and he's there when you need him. Don't waste time running around talking to a bunch of trust "experts" who charge 2-5 times more. Let a real expert set up your estate and protect your assets from the scumbag leftist socialists in Sacramento and provide your family with asset protection.
