        Matt ask questions and listens to the customer. He was able to pin point our recurring limp mode issue based on his knowledge of VW tdi motors and our conversation regarding the history of repairs and symptoms. The two previous shops billed us hundreds of dollars for unneeded parts and shoddy work. We replaced a badly damaged and poorly repaired, (by prev. mechanic) wiring subharness. Car is running great and I highly recommend this shop. 2011 Jetta tdi.
