I know my old car has many issues needing to be addressed, I thought this could've been the go-to place to do most of the restoration but I am one part of those left with a bad experience. After a fuel pump diaphragm rupture, having gasoline leaked into oil, I was never offered an oil change. Upon driving home, I found out my driver's side window chain assembly was off its gear. Upon removing door card, I find evidence that someone removed my door card to fix issues but instead I found they broke a plastic guide so my window will not go up... they said nothing about it. The owner is a pleasant and nice gentleman, but I'm asking to not be bothered with resolutions. I will take my vehicle elsewhere.

"won't install customer provided parts" even though I personally witnessed them install customer provided parts. likely they are adding additional markup to parts from same sources. not worth calling.. Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Exhaust

Tried to use this shop, despite the most recent review (and owner response) which is awful, because it was listed as a preferred shop on my cars warranty. Unfortunately they didnt even allow me to come in and get a diagnosis on my vehicle because they were not capable of the repair.

We took my husband's truck in to get his tailpipe fixed after one of our kids stepped on it, and it was cracked. After speaking with Alex, we also decided on getting a new Flomaster exhaust. After a week my husband realized the tailpipe had fallen off and was gone. He called Alex immediately after we realized this, and his response was "Well that doesn't sound like something we did, and I just remember putting the Flomaster in." I later found our invoice to see that they infact had tailpipe repair/weld on there, and we did pay for it. We called back again, and this time he said, "well it was rusty and I told you this was a temporary fix". If that was actually said to us we would have had him put a new one on. But he insisted it was an easy fix. As business owners ourselves, I cannot believe the excuses and lying that we heard from this shop, and no attempt to remedy the issue. Service: Exhaust
