Neil Broom is the most knowledgeable, hard-working and professional IT expert Ive ever worked with. Im a veteran Criminal Defense attorney and former Public Defender in Los Angeles who has worked with Neil on several major felony cases that required his expertise. After bringing Neil on board, I was able to obtain outstanding plea agreements for my clients, as well as dismissals of the most serious charges. He was so good that the prosecutor in one of these cases later hired him to work on one of her cases. Recently, I worked closely with Neil on a very complicated jury trial matter. He was able to efficiently and thoroughly dissect all the volumes of cell phone data, explain that data to me, and testify in a way that a jury could easily understand. He was also unflappable and professional under very hostile cross-examination by the prosecutor. Thanks largely to Neils testimony, we got a not guilty verdict in that trial. Finally, Neil is a pleasure to work with he is always available whenever I need him, and is always well prepared. I highly recommend him if you have a case that requires technical expertise.

I recently retained Neil Broom to analyze photos produced in a lawsuit and prepare an expert report detailing findings of evidence doctoring. Mr. Broom went out of his way to investigate the issues, including recreating certain aspects of the doctoring to ensure it could be done in the manner suspected. Not only did he take the time to listen and understand the issues and complete the work within a few days to accommodate my tight deadline, he did so for 1/3 the cost of what other forensics experts quoted me for the same work. I could not recommend Technical Resource Center more.

Neil is very diligent and very responsive and is discrete and exceptionally professional. I will continue to use his services. It's a difficult area for which I retained him, and his commitment and thoroughness were excellent.

Mr. Broom was the ultimate professional. He responded to all of my emails promptly and provided me with straight answers about how he could help me and exactly how much everything would cost me, which was a fraction of what others possible quoted charges were. I was able to get my phone to him for analysis the next day and he completed the job and returned the phone to me within 24 hours. His resume is impressive and speaks for itself but it doesnt do him any justice in exhibiting the kind of person he is. He is a true gentleman to deal with and his straightforward yet considerate and honest approach made it very easy working with him. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Broom and would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of digital forensic services.
