I go to this place every day for lunch which I will no longer be going to this place every day for lunch in the future not only do they almost always greet you with this black phobia energy that's nothing I can deal with that what I cannot deal with it's the bad management first of all gas everywhere is high enough let's just get that out of the way and this is supposed to be a convenience store they're Frosty machines have not work for 3 weeks and neither have their crushed ice machines and when you ask the employees about this they are clueless as to what is going on and then when I mentioned it the manager comes out there like he's a security guard no you need the 10 to making sure this convenience store is reasonably acceptable to your customers I would submit to upper management this is due to laziness and management who does not have any consequences as it is there are not many places to eat in this area and a lot of times where businesses do is as long as there is no competition they perform this way and this should not be the norm you should perform as though you have competition across the street even when you don't

We went to go get food, but the food area was empty and we asked how long we needed to wait for the food to be ready but they said that they haven't got the food yet. They said they didn't know when the food was going to get here and told us to go to Carl's Jr or other restaurants for food.
