ABSOLUTE CROOKS! This DISHONEST "shop" over promised and way under delivered! They will tell you they "fixed" the issue and charge you a small fortune just for you to drive away 50 miles later for it to just break down again because they #1 didn't actually do all the work they charged you for and #2 LEAVE BOLTS MISSING on the parts they supposedly "fixed". Just save yourself the trouble and find an someone honest!

Took my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 5.9L in for a Turbo replacement. Noe and his team did a fantastic job. Fast turn. Great communication throughout the process. Thanks for making my truck great again!

I took my 2015 Ram 3500 dually in for blown exhaust gaskets, broken exhaust manifold bolts, blown turbo flange gasket and I asked to have a muffler installed. I let them know I was under a time constraint and they said they would be able to have the truck back to me within the time constraints (5 days). I dropped my truck off on a Monday afternoon and it seemed like they got right on it Tuesday morning. I got a few calls about a couple issues that needed to be addressed (turbo oil drain pipe and a cracked intake boot (an additional $900 +/-), I went ahead and ok'd the additional parts needed........ I reached out on Thursday to see if they were going to be able to stay with the timeline. On Friday afternoon, they called and said we're going to have to come in on Saturday to finish. No problem on my end, I appreciate them for working on a Saturday to finish it up...... I talked to them on Saturday around 8am and they said we should be done around noon. Noon went by and I finally picked the truck up around 6:30pm; after I got the truck back to the campground the check engine light was on, they didn't plug the MAP and MAF sensors up on the intake. Then Sunday, a coolant line blew off because they didn't put a bracket back on the secured the coolant line. On Monday, I had to hookup to my RV to move it from Long Beach to Pismo. I got 100 miles north of Long Beach and I blew the turbo flange gasket again. I talked to OCD and Noe kept telling me that I rushed them and the it was my fault because they couldn't road test the truck.....whatever, they shouldn't have agreed to do the work in my opinion; I only asked if they'd be done in by the agreed timeframe. Regardless at this point; I now have a truck that is torn up again after paying $5500 to be fixed. Noe asked if I could bring it back down so they could get it taken care of. I took the truck back down to OCD (7 hours round trip + another rental car). After 3 more days in the shop "it was fixed". I go back to pick it up and everything seemed great until I hooked up to my RV again to make another trip, this time I made it 40 miles outside of Pismo and the turbo flange gasket blows again because they used 2 gaskets (after being told "we use a thicker material to compensate for any uneven surfaces") and the turbo studs and nuts were loosening up with the heat expansion and contraction. I'm too far north in Cali now to take it back to OCD. Here I've paid $5500 for the "repairs", $800 in rental cars costs, fuel costs and several hours of going back and forth to still have a screwed up truck. I ended up ordering 1 Remflex flange gasket and replacing it in a gravel parking lot in the rain while in Klamath, CA, no issues and I've driven the truck about 600+/- miles hauling my 20,000lb RV over major mountain passes (Hwy 299 and parts of the Sierra Mountains). This is why I normally do repairs myself. The only reason I didn't in this case is because I thought they were the "professionals" that would have everything to do the job right and I really didn't have the time or place to work on it myself. So, I would not recommend using this shop to anyone at all! Go somewhere else, use someone that will be honest with you and not string you along! Lesson learned for sure! It's not hard to honest! It's more work to be dishonest and make up stories or excuses.

These people are CROOKS!! Seriously stay away. They took my truck in after I was hearing some power steering problems with it, and they called me after when I was in Texas for a job and told me my truck died on them after a test run and it turned out to have a power steering problem, like I thought, but instead of costing anywhere from $1000 to $2000 at the max, they quoted me $4200 for nothing but a bad power steering pump! Then to add insult to injury, they charged me $450 for the inspection! When my cousin who is a diesel mechanic was available to pick it up and examine it, he fixed it for $600 and it was brand new again. The parts are $200 to $300 at the max and should be no more than $600 to $1000 at the very max for labor, that would be anywhere from $900 to $1900 not $4200! But again, I guess if you have a full size gym in the back, and nice kitchen and a toy like they have outside their front entrance (that diesel mini truck) to put money into, they have to pay for all that some how lol
