Pam and her team are always on top of things.   She never forgets to do something she says she will do or check on.  A really rare thing with businesses today, Pam will remind you of something you discussed with her months ago to follow-up on the item.  I was a client many years ago and left to chase a lower rate (not a good idea).   When I came back it struck me how nice it was to deal with someone who takes the time to know your situation and what you need.   It's really nice to have a personal interaction when most businesses usually forward you to a machine.

I have been with State Farm many years and with Pam Burket for at least 24 of those. I have never had better customer-oriented service from anybody period.I recently suffered a total loss on a specialty vehicle and dealing with the Claims Department on assessing the true value of my loss was very difficult. Pam worked with me and understood my dilemma through the process and made sure all of my communications with Claims was backed up and offered helpful suggestions along the way. She was instrumental in insuring I received a fair settlement, and I did. I should also mention her office staff who are also outstanding, another testimony to her management skill.Thanks again Pam.

We've had our cars insured with Pam Burket since her early days and with State Farm since 1972-ish. Her office also wrote our homeowners insurance. Pam and her staff have been helpful in answering any policy questions we have as well as advising on coverage strategies. On the few occasions that we have filed claims with State Farm, Pam Burket has had our back when a 'personal touch' was requested.

Pam has been my agent for 5 years now and I don't have a single negative thing to say about her and the work she does. She's gone above and beyond for me when it comes to claims and concerns. She is hands down the best insurance agent in all of California. I highly highly recommend her.
