New customer review: Of three quotes requested for a first-time commercial policyholder, CIF was the only one to listen/read my request and accurately match my Business Type and Industry. As a result, their quote was slightly (~5%) under other quotes; it was them actually taking the time to read and understand my request, however, that won them my business.

I started with CIF in 2009 and received my medical insurance through them. Since that time, I have added business insurance and homeowners insurance for 2 properties. They have always given me great service, are available when I have a question and keep me informed on what I need to know. I highly recommend them.

CIF recently helped me, and my wife enroll in an excellent Rx plan. They are diligent in finding the right plan based on your actual prescription usage. In addition, they helped my son-in-law and family enroll in a health insurance plan through Covered California. They are experts in navigating through this complex program. I plan to place my homeowner's and auto insurance policies including a renter's policy through them when they come up for renewal! Excellent customer service!!

Just turned 65 and got a bit overwhelmed with the medicare options available to me. Don and Kristen were able to present a clear path for my situation. Now, I'm all set and they were able to provide my wife coverage and reduce the premium also. Highly recommend. Communications are timely and explanation of process is spot on.
