Very difficult to get a real person on the phone when chatbot can't process information.

Personally, I think this is the best insurance agency around. I live all the way down in San Diego, and I still prefer them. Any time I've ever needed help they get on it A.S.A.P. and special appreciation to Maribel and Kanika. They both usually are the ones to answer the phone and they explain things easy and understandable. They make you feel comfortable to speak to them. They always know exactly what to do or who to refer you to. This is alot of help especially when I work long days and have little time to handle insurance issues. I've been with them I'd say about 3 years now and I'm happy with my prices and my help. Thank you guys/ girls once again for all the help always. You deserve a Bonus :-). (It's worth a shot, haha)

Talk about going above and beyond!!! Jonathan Aguilar is the definition of just that. After getting the run around from other agents, who didnt even TRY to help. Not only did Jonathan try to help me he succeeded and retained me as a customer because of his out of this world customer service. I literally felt like I was in good hands once I got him on the phone. I even understand my policy better because of his help. He definitely deserves the employee of the year award ! Thank you again Jonathan for your hard work!!
