Rachel is the best! She's been handling my insurance needs forever and I appreciate her and her staff so much! I highly recommend her! She's on point!

Like a dummy, I spent years blindly trusting another agent at a competing insurance agency.  I am not sure if I should mention their name, but it rhymes with "Ballskate Insurance".  As I worked through the process of getting a loan for a rental property in Las Vegas, I realized that the agent at the other agency had just been collecting my checks without noticing errors on my paperwork or looking at my rate (it was high and I kick myself for not analyzing my paperwork more closely before).  I do have some other policies through Rachel and I asked her to see what she could do since I she had always been a great agent with my other policies.  Not only was she able to give me a better rate, but she explained the issues to me so that I could be better informed about my plans.  She calls me with updates instead of waiting for me to call her like the guy at "Ballskate Insurance"!  I am currently in the process of moving all my policies over to this agency and I look forward to working with an honest person who genuinely looks out for me instead of just collecting checks.  I highly recommend this agency!
