David installed sod and sprinklers, did job as expected. However the sprinkler valve he installed is leaking and I have made several attempts to contact him to correct the problem. with no response, as to why the 3 stars.

I recently hired D Flores Landscape for landscaping work, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service. David showed up on time (10 mins early) and responded promptly to my messages. I hired David Flores to lay a new concrete patio slab. Upon inspection after work was completed, I found the concrete collecting water by the back steps and by the chimney up against the house. I had specifically asked him to insure the concrete sloped toward the grass and NOT toward the house. This would be expected in any event. Also, he had splashed concrete all over the stucco walls. I called him to see what he would do to correct the issues. After several weeks, he finally sent someone to attempt to fix the sloping concrete. Apparently he did not know how to fix the sloping issue. He just laid an additional layer of new concrete in the low spots and feathered it out. He used a different concrete from the original so now these new areas are much darker than the original and will never lighten up even though we added water to the area daily as David had instructed. After a few days, the new layer of concrete is showing cracks as you can see from the pictures. It is obvious his company does not know how to perform proper concrete work. He also used the wrong paint to cover up all of the splashed concrete on the stucco walls. I had the correct paint since my house was recently painted but he used the gloss white trim paint instead. I called him but he did not answer. After several calls and text messages, I finally gave up and repainted the walls myself. I now need to hire a real professional to correct the concrete slab issue at an additional expense. I do NOT recommend D. Flores Landscaping for any sort of concrete work.
