great experience from start to finish. Bob came out and provided detailed photos and notes of our project. Very professional, price was a bit higher than a couple other bids I got but it was well worth it. We were kept in the loop throughout the entire process and the finished product on our deck is awesome. Great waterproofing services.

Hired Bear Flag to do a large waterproofing job at a apartment complex that my company manages. The work is the best Ive seen. Bear Flag did a great job keep us in the loop throughout the 3 week project. They coordinated with tenants as well. Glad I found these guys. Recommended for sure.

Had these guys do some work at my home, and after at my office building because I was impressed with the work. Overall great communication and excellent work provided. I really appreciate good communication and I always felt like I was "in the loop" so to speak. Would use again and recommend for sure.

Great Great Great!!!!! These guys take service to a new level. I live out of state and needed work done on a rental property. They sent a report with detailed photographs and notes about what was wrong and what needed to be done to correct the issues. I've worked with several contractors in the past and its always difficult to know what exactly is being done when they are trying to explain things on the phone. Bob was out to my property withing 24 hours of calling, I had a detailed photo report the next day and work started the next day after that. Bob followed up throughout the process of the 3 days that the bear flag crew was in my property working and kept me in the loop the entire time. Bob helped me get things sorted with my insurance company as well when I needed to submit a claim for the damages. Owning several rental properties in the Orange County area, I've had my share of issues with contractors. Bob and his Bear Flag crew are great guys and do awesome work!
