Banner and Flag Wholesalers

If I could give Banners and Flags 0 stars I would. This business used to be legit, when Barry ran it, but I dont know what happened. Must have sold and outsourced all work. Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service, quality, and timelines youll deal with in this space. Dont waste your time and money. They put us in a serious jam on a major tradeshow after repeated errors. Terrible.

We HIGHLY advise against engaging with this particular company. Our experience with them has been disappointing, as they have shown a lack of reliability and accountability. Despite their employees 'verifying printing times with management', the company unexpectedly backed out of a project just two weeks before the scheduled delivery. Their explanation was that the employee responsible for confirming the production time was new and did not consult with the rest of the staff, even though we had everything in writing. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they chose not to honor the agreement and offered no alternative options for express production. Furthermore, the company went as far as withholding our display dimensions, essentially preventing us from printing the SEG graphic elsewhere. This kind of behavior is unprecedented in our over 10 years of working with SEG graphics and printers. Given our experience, we strongly urge you to seek alternatives and consider taking your business elsewhere. This is a genuine review from a real company/customer - don't be fooled by the company attempting the remove it, as we would not put such an action past them at this point.

I couldnt ask for better product, very well made, the best weve ever had. Color is still very vibrant on our pop ups 3 years later. The flags have been beat up with daily winds up and still no flaws or tears . The company was there for us every step of the way. We have bought several other products since then and we are very impress over all We now have more foot traffic which gave us atleast a 10% pump in business Thanks banner wholesale

Placed large feather flag order and had nothing but problems.Original order shipped out and on time and we thought we were good to go and then the phone calls started coming in about poles breaking.  We followed up with Barry and he said that he would take care of it and they had a bad patch of poles from the manufacturer.  After that it was near impossible to get them on the phone. Michael would answer and have no answers to what Barry was doing.  We ended up spending $5000 with another supplier to fix all the problems.  I would not recommend.  75% of what they sent out was good but the 25% almost lost us a great customer.  If it wasn't for the other vendor taking up the slack we were doomed...
