        Rave reviews from other people were a reason to try the local kalachi. There was no one in the small room except a young saleswoman during the day on a weekday. It was not expected that you would want to spend time or eat baked goods to go. I also saw several thermoses with ready-made coffee - not my thing. I'm usually looking for a place where I can have a good time with freshly brewed coffee and delicious pastries. And so, kolaches are round buns with a variety of protein fillings inside (about $4) and several options with fruit jam such as cheesecakes. My choice fell on Philly Cheese Steak (I asked for it to be heated). The filling was wonderful and the dough had a pre-cooked feel to it. It was viscous (gluten?) and stuck to my teeth. This is probably what the manufacturer intended, otherwise they need to be baked at home in the oven. I will do the same with the remaining two buns, which were carefully packed in a paper bag. Parking: Parking is convenient, it's easy to find a free space during the day.
