Impression Dental Care - Huntington Beach

This is the most unprofessional dentist office I have ever been to. For the second time today I was completely stood up after being told I have an appointment. The first time I was told to come at 8am before business hours for a filling. No one ever showed up, I called and left messages and after talking to someone they were very remorseful and said the appointment didnt save in their books and asked to reschedule. I rescheduled and had my fillings completed. I was supposed to come in today at 9am, 2/13, for my cleaning. I showed up early, no one is there, at 8:58 I walked in the door and the cleaning lady told me no one was there in the office. I told her I had an appointment and she said that no one has shown up. I waited until after 9am (regular business hours) and still no one has shown up, of course Ive called and left messages. No response yet. This is beyond ridiculous and unprofessional. I counted the first time as a mistake, but apparently thats how they run their business. Will not be returning.

Very professional, well equipped and friendly. The Doctors introduced them selves and talked about my case. I highly recommend Impressions Dental Care. Bridget is really awesome going above and beyond making you feel at ease.
