Warner West pet clinic has been my family veterinarian for well over 30 years. Dr. Karen Brink and staff is just the best and I highly recommend them for all your pets well-being. I had to make the tough decision to put my dog down that I had for well over 13 years and I wouldn't have wanted the euthanization to be performed by anyone but Warner West pet clinic so I'm forever grateful that they were able to take me in on such short notice yesterday. The room they had us in yesterday had me fighting back tears as they played music from all dogs to heaven and lullaby music on a Bluetooth speaker as I watched my dog take his last breath. They allowed as much time as I needed to say my goodbyes after. Thank you Dr Brink and staff!

Friendly, calm staff. Helpful explainations and patience. They had an affordable and thorough pre-paid puppy package that covered all upcoming expenses for the first year for vaccination, flea, deworm, fecal exam, nails, all the things made streamline for me. It included a welcome package with tons of information that was better condensed than anything I found online. The neuter then gets a discount if that's added on at the appropriate age. I felt they were very understanding that I also have a rescued feral cat (came out of a bush in the "cat distribution system") that was behind on vet care since her spay and vaccines when she was fresh from the streets. She's voilent if picked up or contained. They were appropriately insistent I bring her in for routine care, and offered creative solutions to sedate her before bringing her in. That's the help I was missing for crating this 20 pound sass. I'm glad to be going forward with them for all my vet needs and relieved they can work with me as the cat will need more care, test, or dental as she gets older.

I have loved coming to your clinic for the past 12 years and will truly miss everyone as Fiona, Marley and I start our new lives in Portugal. Dr. Brink is an outstanding vet and all of the team members are wonderful also.
