    Loving my apartment. Maintenance has been amazing whenever it's been needed. I love how clean the exterior is kept, from the walkways to the courtyards. I appreciate the food trucks. The layout of the structure is convenient. My favorite part is how easy it is to unlock doors and send keys/passes and register guest cars using the app. Staff at the leasing office are exceptional. I can't think of a negative and am truly glad I decided to move here.

    once again, I am writing about my amazing experience at the Main Street Village Apartments. I have been living here since 2021 and probably will live here for a long time. I just transferred units and I could not thank Lillian and Stephanie enough about how helpful and awesome they have made my move experience. I have moved a lot to so many different apartments such as Irvine company and all the other ones and I have never had such an amazing great experience with the staff that I have had with Stephanie and Lillian at the Main Street Village. Thank you Stephanie and Lillian and Pedro for making me want to live here for a long time . And of course UT is amazing as well.

    I've been living here 2 months and so far it's been great! First, the unit is amazing for me. It has a built in desk that I can work from home at. It's also spacious, with high ceilings, which opens up the rooms, and as a taller person makes it feel much less cramped than other apartments. Second, Michelle from the leasing office is absolutely wonderful. She showed me (and my mom who was tagging along) around the property, and she answered all our questions, and had knowledge of the area, but it's not only that. She will remember you and help you out as best she can. For example, I was out of the country for a few days, and my mom had to drop something off for me. I left her a key to my unit, but she was struggling to get into the community and to my place. Frustrated, she went into the leasing office. Of course Michelle recognized her from the tour weeks earlier, and helped her get to my unit. Michelle didn't have to do this, and when I heard about it later from my mom, she again brought up again how nice and helpful Michelle was. It's a small act, but it means a lot to me, and it's just an example of how Michelle is kind, professional, attentive, and really just a joy to be around.

    The apartments are nice, the amenities are nice, maintenance is quick and responsive. Everything is pretty well maintained while not feeling "over managed" like you might get in trouble for any little thing. I've greatly enjoyed my time here but the rent increase to renew is steep. I would stay but at about 9% rent increase every year it very quickly becomes unaffordable.

    Absolutely disappointed in how this complex is being managed. Why an apartment complex would think its acceptable to have fire alarms blaring for 1 hour (and counting) straight is beyond me. There are those of us with children and or pets that are suffering from this constant noise. Who knows what kind of hearing damage will come of this. Never experienced this at other apartments Ive lived at. Look elsewhere for a place to call home
