        Professional. The law can be very intimidating and they took the time to answer questions and explain the finer points. They practice the service ethic that determines the leap from good to excellence: 1. On time and punctual. 2. Answered each and every call and email in a reasonable time period. 3. Didn't condescend. 4. Organized and pointed out potential issues to clarify. 5. Easy going without being lax. 6. Didn't nickel and dime. For example If/when we want to make a minor change on a document, told to just call-no charge. Overall a positive experience for a person that doesn't retain legal advice for an estate plan very often.
