My family lives in Orange County, CA. We needed serious help after a local building contractor walked away well before completing the job that we had paid for. We have hired another very competent lawyer whose specialty is Contract law. The contractor did not want to return our money, despite lots of building issues, including leaks, and nearly 20K of prepaid fund for the final phase of our building project. We needed URGENT help from a litigating lawyer to represent us in court. After contacting several law firms in OC, and in next county, we found Mazzarei Law in Irvine. They not only listened to our voice but also spent the time to go through the records. They were busy during the time of the Covid pandemic but got our case filed just before the time expired to file a civil lawsuit due to status of limitations. Ms. Mazzerei was excellent. Our case was assigned to another lawyer but Ms. Mazzerei was always there to help out. A couple of times, after busy days in court, she called us after hours to answer questions or giving updates. Mazzarei Law won the case for us. The defendant had to pay back our prepaid money and more.
