Our Air Conditioner died on us a few weeks ago, right in the middle of a heat wave. I called a bunch of places and got 6-7 quotes, and Ali's prices were the most competitive. His team arrived exactly on time (730am) and they were all courteous from the beginning. They laid down mats from the front door all the way upstairs to the attic access in the master bedroom closet. They performed the install, brought a truck in to take away all of the old equipment, and completed the job in about 6 hours. They even rerouted some of the ductwork to make the system more efficient and didn't charge me anything extra. Oh and he included 3 year warranty on the labor, where most of the places I contacted provided 1 year (with a 3-year option at an extra cost). If I had to go through this again after everything I learned, I still would've gone with ARA. Great people. Thanks Ali!

Old AC unit broke on a hot Saturday. Thought unit may need replacement. Called several local companies. Ali from ARA responded within 2 hours (some others either didn't respond or called on Monday). He came to the house within 30 minutes of the call on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He fixed the AC unit within 30-60 minutes (no replacement necessary). Excellent service. Excellent knowledge. Very pleasant person and very professional. Reasonable price. His company is now in my phone directory in case of any future needs. Do not hesitate to use this company's services. You will be happy you did.

ARA Heating and Air conditions arrived within 1 hour of my calling the company. They were able to diagnose the problem, go out to purchase the correct parts, and the same afternoon install them. The furnace is now running perfectly... The company is very easy to deal with, and I would recommend the company to all.
