    I'm glad my wife and I chose Green Home Solutions for our mold remediation. Tony, the project manager, and Dean, the remediation specialist, were great to work with. Both were very responsive, helpful, and are genuinely nice humans. They kept us apprised through the whole remediation process, were always available for further guidance, and were able to expedite certain portions of the remediation the drying process allowed. I hope I never have to have mold removed from my home again, but if I did, I would definitely call Green Home Solutions. Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related mold removal

    I recently hired True Enviro for mold remediation services and it was a complete nightmare. I knew nothing about mold when I hired them, but I suspected it in my home due to eczema caused by biotoxins from Stachybotrys. Unfortunately, the company did not know what they were doing and only did a 5-minute air sample in various parts of my house, which is not enough to detect mold. They charged a lot of money without any real expertise. Their solution was to remediate Cladosporium in my master bathroom, but when I returned to my house, my eczema came back. I tried to get in touch with them multiple times with questions about their lab work, but they never returned my calls. On top of that, their customer service was rude and disrespectful. It was clear that True Enviro was a complete scam and a useless company. After doing more research, I found a company called My Home My Health and The Mold Guy, who actually knew how to discover mold. They found mold in multiple locations throughout my house, and I had to hire an actual professional remediation company to fix the problem, which cost me even more money. I wasted $10,000 with True Enviro, and I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are thinking about hiring them, I strongly suggest that you pass and do more research to save yourself from the agonizing headaches and wasted money that I experienced.     -5 Stars would be enough. Very amateurish services. The corporation dispatched some contractors, Emerson Molina + his assistants, who presented themselves as strangers in a civilized environment. They were unaware that footwear must be covered when entering the residence. Emerson Molina didn't care about walking around the entire house in his dirty shoes, which could potentially spread illness from wherever he had been before, even in front of my two-year-old daughter. Those who have young children are aware of how easily they can catch illnesses from the floor. Emerson didn't know what a timetable or being on time even means. When they suggested arriving at 9 a.m., it was usual to arrive at 11:45 a.m., and there was no mention of being late. Worst of all, they can't do the task without causing damage to your property. Without thinking that it would leak all over the floor, they removed the undrained toilet and left it in the garage for two days. When their behavior was brought to their management's attention, Emerson Molina refused to accept responsibility and accused the tenants for using the restroom. But how would one use the restroom in the absence of a basin and toilet? Last but not least, those "experts" reassured me that what I saw on the floor was unquestionably "not mold," but not before they questioned my reasoning. Later, when the circumstances had altered, they assured that "we and nobody else can say what it was unless it was tested in a lab." "No idea what it was, but if you are simply a tenant here, then the response is - none of your concern," was the attitude at the conclusion of their humorous services. When I asked Emerson Molina for the lab findings from the mold samples, his response was again another illustration of his lack of professionalism. My daughter coughed abnormally, and the doctor requested if we could bring information about the type of mold that was there and other lab findings. Emerson wouldn't even acknowledge my request. He said, "Ask your landlord. You didn't pay me; your landlord did. I'm not giving you anything." According to California law, it is incorrect; a tenant has the right to get an environmental discovery from the inspecting business regardless of the ownership of the property as long as the tenant is there and is physically exposed to the pollutants. Since December, I have been unable to contact any accountable manager at the company. This business is a catastrophe, not a remedy. A civil lawsuit is being requested in this case. P.S. After reading the post, Emerson Molina got in touch with the landlord, and put pressure on me to take down the review, which felt like harassment.     It makes me sad to have to write this review, but I feel obligated to warn people about this company. Mold is a serious problem that can cause very real health complications -- this company is ill-equipped to help you on every level. Steer clear! When I got service in Dec '21, I tried to contact this company for 2 months because it was clear the treatment hadn't worked. At the time, I called both the main office and my technician. The technician told me he'd come back to the house, but never did. I am usually an easy customer who over tips. Their technicians came to the house 3x (to sell me, to treat the house, to retest for mold) and every single time, I had coffee and donuts for them. I knew the names of the technicians kids by the end of this. I was not a difficult customer. They left a lockbox on my front door that needed to be removed. That lockbox was there for 10 months before they finally had a locksmith come take it off my front door. There were other problems with the service, but those now seem minor - they kept rescheduling my date, showed up late, kept quoting me different prices, didn't tell me where they placed my smoke detectors, etc - all minor, indicative of their disorganization, but not a huge deal to me. The real problem is that their treatment doesn't work and after you pay them, they disappear and are completely unresponsive. I'm super sick from mold now and having to spend thousands of dollars to get it out of my system... When they completed my service, they insisted on testing for mold themselves - "it's cheaper, let us test it!" - vs having a 3rd party confirm their treatment had worked. Don't be an idiot like me and let them do this! When they collected the samples, they did so in 10 seconds (I've now learned this is a faulty, ineffective way to collect air samples for mold) - so their faulty tests will show that you have no mold after their treatment... but you still have mold! For two months, I tried to speak to someone about the service. They had promised to respray if it didn't work the first time. No one responded despite several calls and emails. More recently, I started contacting them again in August when I learned I had gotten very ill because their mold treatment doesn't work. I've spent over two months calling their office every week and every week they make up some excuse "we're investigating" "we're waiting for the owner"... but it's been 10+ weeks of me calling and them blowing me off - they hope I will just forget about it and they can keep defrauding customers. At this point, I really just want to warn others to steer clear of this business. They are unethical, unresponsive, and - most importantly - their service is a scam. Beware. I know they will respond to this review with something like "We reached out!" but it's not true. They've blown me off with no offer to remedy the problem for almost a year.
