I would really think twice before hiring this firm. I would seriously give it a lot of thought and shop around first. My family and I are so upset at the way our case has been handled, or more accurately, not handled. We had what I assumed was a very straightforward probate case. All debts, creditors and taxes were paid prior to hiring this firm. We didn't have any complicated matters that needed to be dealt with. I try to be very fair and understanding because with the pandemic, many delays have happened and I realize things are moving much slower and are a bit chaotic. With that said, our experience these last several months have been frustrating to say the least. We are close to two years into this matter. Our attorney, Matthew Stidham, rarely ever responds to a phone call or email. He never gives updates on our case and doesn't answer his phone. We've been patient and trusted that he's handling everything that needs to be done, which sadly for us hasn't been the case. This has been a lengthy ordeal. At this point, the biggest complaint I have is that in order for my family to know what has been going on throughout our case, we have had to resort to calling the courts directly to get status. And that's when we have found out there have been problems. Isn't your lawyer supposed to be doing this stuff on your behalf? On one occasion, Matthew appeared in court for our matter, without the proper documents required by the judge, which caused one of our many delays. We found out this information online, not from him directly. It was upsetting to have another delay, but it happened and we moved on. The really upsetting and frustrating part is that at the end of October, we were told we are almost done with this matter. The petition was granted by the judge and we were now just waiting on the judge to sign the proposed order. After waiting over 2 months, and Matthew claiming he had followed up with the courts, we once again called the courts ourselves to get the update. At that time, we found out this document was done incorrectly and rejected. My sister, who is the executor, asked him to fix it immediately. On January 4th he claimed he amended the document and resent it to the courts. After checking in with him numerous times, with no responses, we once again called the courts ourselves. And once again we had another issue. They informed us they did not received the amended document. This is now a month and a half later and the document was apparently not submitted. We put our trust in him to get us through this painful process. At this point, it doesn't appear he has EVER followed up with the courts or even made our case of any importance. I know this might not sound like a big deal to some, but for my family, we need some peace and resolution to this painful matter. Also, it would be nice to know the attorney working for you is doing what he says he did. If you don't expect updates or much communication, and if you're willing to do your own follow ups with the court, then this firm will likely work out great for you.

David was very understanding but he has left the firm. I been working with this firm for 3 years now on the theft of my inheritance and I’m still paying without results. I’ll raise this score should things go well. We shall see?

I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for assistance. Take your money and run, find anyone else. Their lack of knowledge and timeliness cost me. They lost the one asset of my father's estate that was worth any money. To top it off I was blamed for the loss due to my being out of state. I gathered the majority of information, tracked down sources. They did file forms in court in a VERY slow manner. Their problem is that they couldn't keep people working for them and they are severely understaffed. Save yourself the tribulation of work with this firm. In the hardest time of your life it is not worth working with a firm this poor.
