        Mike came out and went above and beyond! Helped get our garbage disposal replaced in a timely manner and was very friendly! I would highly recommend this company. Service: Garbage disposal repair

        Poor client experience in setting up the appointment. We didn't use the service due to the poor scheduling process. We had an appointment and after the arrival time scheduled received the call to set up scheduling. Company blamed the warranty company and said they were too busy to reach out prior to the appt. A simple apology goes a long way and based on the expedience just trying to set up, did not have confidence in quality of work so reached out to the warranty company for another plumber.

We do not nor have we ever worked with any home warranty companies, nor do we have you listed in our customer data base. We also have not missed any appointments for any clients. I'm sure it's an honest mistake however I ask you please leave this review for the correct company. We have been mistaken for a Sage Plumbing in Arizona, and a Sage Plumbing in Hawaii.
