Luna tree service was affordable, reliable, and efficient. Although I was not able to use them at the time of my initial quote, almost 2 months later they honored the quote (plus a couple bucks as the tree/bush had grown a bit) and provided great service, and clean up. One of their guys broke his pick axe as he was trying to get one of the stumps out and kept at it until it was out, which was impressive!! I will update my review that it is best to be there when they do their tree trimming because if you are not, you probably arent going to get the job completely done. Thats the problem I had. In the past theyve been great, but Ive always been there. Luna Tree is an excellent service for trimming trees. A friend referred them. They know their trees and don't push to do any extra work. In fact, they suggested one of my trees did not need trimming but I had to because my neighbor didn't want it on her side of the fence. It's a massive pine. Probably at least 30 feet tall. It was raining on and off as well as around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays so it was a challenge to get an appointment. They did my work over the course of a few days because of the rain and also because it was a large project. Juan is very professional, courteous, and available to discuss matters. The man that gave me the estimate was knowledgeable about trees but does not do any tree work. Also, my homeowners association required certain identification, signed paperwork, and a $500 deposit for Luna to use the horse trail. Juan took care of all of it. I only spoke to the HOA to find out what was needed. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
