35 years with Safeco and Brouillette insurance, they treated me well!Last July I called Safeco to discuss my home policy increase of about 30% , The Safeco Rep was courteous and helpful on the phone and recommended I call KM insurance our broker to discuss the increase and potentially re writing our policy. I called KM insurance and spoke with Kora, she was short, hurried and made me feel as if my phone call was a bother to her. Kora may not have been advised on Parker's mission statement. She had no interest in building a relationship, saving me money or giving support or advice when needed. After 35 years I am truly disappointed in the treatment from this new company. I did find the exact same coverage for just about half the cost with another company. If KM Insurance's claim is to be a company of the future they need serious work on customer service. I would not recommend this company!

the worst - careless, awful communication - rarely available - not in the office (live outside san diego/california?) ... after many years with brouilette i have left KM ... so happy i did!!! there r lots of better options so buyer beware!!!

Parker was very helpful and shopped my insurance to find the best coverage for the lowest rates. He and the rest of the staff at KM have been very friendly and proactive as well. I highly recommend at least having Parker quote your insurance to see if he can save you some money.

WOW 20 years, and they dropped me with out notice. a lot different when they were just Brouillette Insurance. way better service when they were Brouillette Insurance.
