I have a dog that looks like a cat, but they were not fooled! They knew it was really a dog! Very knowledgeable, and for that I have to give out 5 stars! Bravo!

I took my Cat Elly here. Shes a large 29 lb. Tuxedo cat that likes to roll around on the floor. She was filthy and smelled bad that was remedied after being cared for.

Since the new owner took over every time I bring my dog in he shakes like crazy. Couldnt figure it out until I got him home this time and he was bleeding at the base of his ear. That pisses me off. Mistakes happen but tell me that it happened so that I am aware. Instead they hide their mistake and thats what makes me mad. Integrity and honesty is a must when we allow someone to care for our babies. I have returned to change my review to a 4. Only because the owner made a great effort to contact me and resolve. They were always good about accommodating my last min grooming requests. However I dont believe the person actually grooming didnt notice a bloody ear and yes accidents do happen but the person grooming should have informed the owner and myself.

Love this place. The guys there are friendly, love their work and clients (animals). Professional and so great work!!
