Christys team is professional, friendly, helpful and make the shopping experience beyond pleasant. I visited an estate sale they hosted in the building I live in this past Sunday, and honestly, it was hands down the best estate sale experience Ive ever had. They were helpful, not pushy, and they had everything well organized and were ready to answer any questions. There was considerable foot traffic for the size of the condo, and what stood out to me was their calm demeanor and great customer service throughout it all. Your employees are amazing. Thank you for the great experience!

I saw some items online for a Habitat Estate Sale. I texted the number for more information and Christy promptly texted back with dimensions and very reasonable prices for a vintage solid mahogany dining room set. She was professional, responsive, and shared great ideas of what to place in the china hutch. Thank you, Christy, for wonderful customer service! I look forward to more of your sales!

Incredibly rude the guy actually bucked up to me , his face was nearly touching my face because I was double parked and he didnt approve I couldnt believe it I literally stopped to see if I could buy something and the guy got in my face Ive been to tons of garage sales and no one has ever been rude even slightly

I am extremely disappointed with the way your business operates. During today's Irvine sale, I inquired about the price and pickup arrangements for an armoire. After being given a quote and timing, I waited in line to pay for it along with other items. However, while in line, another woman who knew I intended to purchase the armoire offered a lower price and was promised pickup arrangements, despite me being explicitly told that I had to purchase and remove it within the next hour before closing. The fact that I had driven all the way from Long Beach, received conflicting information compared to another customer, and was left waiting to pay while the item was sold to someone else who wasn't even in line is completely unacceptable. As a frequent estate sale customer, I cannot tolerate such unethical business practices. Needless to say, you have not only lost a sale for the armoire and other items today but also any potential future sales.
