Cory from the leasing office was extremely helpful, kind, and professional during the entire process from applying to moving in. Danny and Teresa were also wonderful at following up with me. This is my first time renting an apartment and Cory was thorough at answering any questions that I had. The neighbors also seem friendly. This place claims to be a luxury apartment complex but it is the opposite. It went from bad to worse in the last two years so stay away from this place. This is a quick summary. In an time when we are still fighting covid-19, common areas are NOT disinfected using a chemical approved by EPA. In fact, I have never seen anyone disinfecting anything in the last 3 years. Gym is a joke as half of the equipment is broken and or dirty. Swimming pool is invaded by people that do not even live here not to mention the drug activity that goes on in and around the swimming pool. Security is not taken seriously as homeless people go in and out knocking on people's doors and snooping around the parking lot at night. They even go into empty units or empty storage units at the parking lot to spend the night. The level of noise is untolarable and one can not truly work from home as this looks more and more like the ghetto communities you see in movies. The community has complained about a roach infestation and even though property managemet say they have pest control services, no one has ever seen a technician, ever! Parking outside has been taken over by people that just hang around blocking the entry way and fit the profile of unproductive and toxic members of society. Yet, no action taken by property management. All of the neighbors have complained about these and many issues and there is no action taken by property management. It took the city to come down and hand over a dirty laundry list for them to take action... Last but not least, laundry room is full of mosquitoes and gnats. I renewed my lease trying to give them a chance but in all fairness, this is a run down apartment complex that is not worth what they charge. To top it off, be aware that they will enter your apartment without your permission! Renter prospects be aware that this complex is NOT what they say it is.... You have been warned but if you decide to rent, you will regret it as I did...

The staff here made the entire process so easy. I have a fair credit score due to a divorce, but they made it super easy to qualify and move in within one week. My studio apartment is great with new floors, new appliances, and very clean. With a private parking spot in a gated community, I could not ask for more. A fitness center, a pool, grill and lounging area, laundry room, and even extra free storage at your parking space, I feel like I got a great deal. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings Updated Review. This is a very chill apartment community with a diverse population. There are very few children here. Parking for residents is gated, but parking for guests in on the street and can be a real challenge. Fortunately, there is a large grocery store around the corner with lots of free parking. Rent is very reasonable for Long Beach. Though I never use them, a Fitness Center and swimming pool (and a grill) are readily available. The laundry room is small with only 4 machines but it gets the job done. Buildings are a bit old, but the interiors of the apartments are relatively modern. Overall, a nice place to live! First and for most I would love to give a special thank you to the Property Management- Danny and Teresa. From the moment I scheduled my tour, the professionalism and hospitality was exceptional. During these difficult times due to the COVID Pandemic I've come across many rental scams and it was extremely stressful searching for a new home.
