Good Day All, I wanted to take the time to say how much I've appreciated Ms. Megan Thomas's work ethic and excellent customer service. I moved here from Atlanta, GA at short notice, and Megan was able to find the perfect apartment for me to reside in in such short notice. Megan has demonstrated leadership throughout the time I've been here at Griffis Pine Avenue. She has made my experience stress free, and I wanted to share my gratitude with the Community. I could not be happier with this apartment complex. All of the office staff are friendly and professional. The property maintenance workers, are so nice and impressively efficient. The property is well-kept, with a pool, jacuzzi, grills, and several other community areas. There are fountains and string lights all around the property, making the spaces feel very classy and cozy. I absolutely love my apartment, which is reasonably priced and quite spacious. I've never had so much storage space in my life! I have already renewed my lease for another year, and I will hopefully continue to do so! I'm a big fan of Griffis Pine Avenue and the entire staff who keep it running.

Having moved in recently, we're really happy with the building and community. The leasing office staff (Kim, Frank, and Miriam) have been super helpful and responsive and the maintenance staff (Chris & Ruben) have handled all the range of issues we've had (appliances, electrical, cosmetic, etc) really efficiently, even when the problem wasn't obvious and required a fair amount of debugging. The neighborhood is also really vibrant and within a few square miles you got everything you need: beach, restaurants, shopping, convention center, etc. Overall, I think the value of the place is worth the rent. I would really love to give a 5-star rating (and will update to a 5-star if things improve in 2022)...but I to knock off 1 star for safety and cleanliness issues and another star for how easy it is for corporate to fix. I think the major issue is there there aren't security cameras throughout the buildings. There is way too much activity and too many people around...so you're going to have random a**holes, homeless people, inconsiderate neighbors/guests, lazy pet owners, etc. With no security cameras, there is no way to enforce rules and deter bad behavior. Trash rooms are consistently overfilled because residents aren't following rules, and the understaffed cleaning team has to spend the majority of the time playing cleanup nanny for a handful of bad actors...even having to pick up random dog poop consistently. These problems can easily be fixed by adding cameras as well as implementing a Dog DNA registration system. In the age of Nest and Ring cameras, the building only needs to have a wifi signal handy (which you can spread using a mesh network) and then you can add as many low cost cameras as you want without needing some hard-wired CCTV setup that costs thousands of dollars.
