Not worth the price. Management is slow to respond to request and quite unorganized. Mailboxs are being broken into, cars have been vandalized, and there is no sense of security. Heck, the community has even tried to organize itself to force change, but cnot much has happened.

The management is horrible and they are super sketchy and untrustworthy in so many ways. Every interaction with pretty much everyone I've dealt with there for the past year feels as if you cannot trust them. The only nice and decent person is the maintenance guy. My rent is 2599 for a one bedroom and if you look online on their website at units exactly like mine they are currently listed for 2399, yet the updated lease that they presented me with was for 2780 to lease for another year or go to a month to month at a whopping 2980 a month. I have perfect credit and have never missed or been late on a payment. In addition, they charge 25 for "concierge garage" that you cannot opt out of so basically everyone's yucky garage sits in front of their apt unit for days until they come and pick it up. They are now also making everyone pay 80 a month for wifi when you can buy it yourself for way cheaper. And of course on top of that I pay about 70 a month for "utilities" but that doesn't include my own gas and electricity that I have to pay for separately. Be aware that everyone you talk to in the leasing office tells you something different and no one working there currently seems to know what they are talking about. They are so unorganized that even after I put in my 30 day notice (like a whole week after) they again put an updated lease option on my door that was for an even higher rent amount , 2832, which was higher than what they had offered a few weeks before that, 2760, and like I said is the same sized apartment online that is renting for 2399. Not sure what is going on with this place but I'm out soon. The package room where you are supposed to receive packages is a complete joke. I've had four packages stolen out of there in the year I've lived there. Packages that get directly delivered to my door are the only ones I seem to receive (I do live upstairs). Additionally, the area is sketchy and not walkable and very urban so unhoused individuals commonly walk through the complex and knock on doors, go into the pool area and the garbage area. The actual apartments are just OK, they are clean but nothing special at all. When I moved in to my unit it was partially damaged (the top coat of the fake hardwood floor was worn off in a bunch of places) and they refused to give me a different unit or fix what was damaged. Also, the appliances, doors, handles, towel bars, are all very cheap and falling off. I would say you have better options but if you like this complex and need a place to live, I would strongly suggest negotiating hard, getting the lowest rent possible and planning to only be there a year and definitely bringing your own move in checklist to note any damage upon move in. Be as ruthless as possible with these individuals because I guarantee you, they will be with you.

  • The whole office team changed since last December and the only staff who doesnt change is one who hosts a basketball game in the community every Friday and Sunday night. The noise interrupted the community and when you report problems the person will just reply no one else complained . The wall between houses and houses is very thin so you may hear noise from the other apartment. The maintenance staffs are very friendly and responsive. The safety around the apartment is worrisome because of the homeless problem. One staff in the office just kept playing the phone when I asked some help this week and gave me the wrong item. The apartment can be better if the office team solves problems more promptly and with better attitude instead of ignoring ~
