Have been living here at The Linden since the building first opened ~5 years ago. At first it was great. However, since the new property management company took over (Harbor Group Management) things have been a complete mess.
All the other one-star reviews on here are completely accurate. Need to get ahold of the management staff? Good luck! Want to use the elevator? Its broken. No elevator, thats okay Ill take the stairs just kidding, the doors are busted Not to mention a complete lack of security, communication, and professionalism from management. On the upside (as others have mentioned) maintenance staff here is amazing. Seriously, they would do better running the whole property.
At nearly $4k/mo - its a complete joke. The only way Id recommend this spot, is if you enjoy getting your car broken into. Seems to be the only consistent thing about this place.

Impossible to get emergency maintenance issues taken care of in a timely manner. Theres no way to get in contact with the leasing office over the phone and we dont have one here

Management is terrible here and the community is unsafe. Weve had numerous safety concerns impacting the building and management has NEVER provided communications on them or hired a safety patrol/security guard (which they said they would do last year). We've had our gym window shattered twice and management has not sent out communication to alert the community nor provided a timeline on when it would be fixed. The first time took almost two months to be fixed and it just got broken again last week with zero correspondence. I dont feel safe going to the gym and it sucks because I pay so much in rent here and cant even use the amenity. There was also a body bag outside of the front door one night that I saw when walking into the building - heard nothing from management. Understand that they dont have control over other peoples actions should at least provide security and proactively communicate to let us feel safer!! When you email management theyre completely unresponsive. I have emails that are months old that I still havent received a reply to. If you try to call them they never answer or call you back, and they dont have people present in our building so you have to hunt them down at The Pacific. The most recent was asking them for advance communication on when elevators would shut down for maintenance because there is no way to get to the garage from the stairwell and it prevented me from getting to my car when I had an appointment (which has happened several times). Overall, they dont care about the residents and its impossible to reach them. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I can't write a review without mentioning the incredible staff here. From day one, they have been nothing short of amazing. Their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service is truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents like me have everything we need and more. And speaking of more, let's talk about the spaciousness of the apartments! The open floor plans and generous square footage make it easy to create a comfortable and inviting living space. I feel so fortunate to call this place home
