Paradise Gardens Apartments

Where should start I moved in here after a year I move out when it rain water went inside my carpet my furniture got damage and the sealing was leaking and damage my sofas they knew but they tried fixing the damages but it was the Same.Then when I move out I had a whole month to move soo 2 days before my month was done they decided to lock me out with my stuff still Inside and change locks called them to open me they said they couldn't soo i went the next day they opened me but GUESS what some off my stuff where moved and stolen I gave them a chance to get this right and they didn't I don't want any one to go threw this and then the roaches I had to throw all my furniture and kitchen stuff and refrigerator because of the roaches

You will see the same theme in most of these reviews. This is a roach motel, the pipes seem to be infested with them. In my 20 years in California this has been my worst experience with roaches. I am in a constant struggle to keep them out of my apartment, but the building doesn't try hard enough. So they keep coming back, if not through the pipes, they will walk through the front door from the hallway. I leave for work early in the morning and see them in the halls, It's sad.
